All orders are prepared and dispatched from our workshop in Kathmandu, Nepal. We ship internationally to most countries worldwide.
If a courier cannot deliver to your destination, we will contact you before dispatch to arrange an alternative or issue a refund.
In-stock items are typically prepared and dispatched within a few business days of payment confirmation.
Because many of our thangkas, statues, and singing bowls are handmade, some pieces may require additional preparation time before dispatch. We will keep you informed if your order needs longer than usual.
International delivery typically takes between one and four weeks depending on your destination, the courier, and customs processing.
Every shipment is sent with tracking. Once your order is dispatched, we share the tracking details so you can follow your parcel to your door.
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by your country. These charges are determined by your local authorities and are the buyer's responsibility.
We cannot predict or control these charges, and they are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout.
Please make sure your shipping address and contact details are complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for parcels delayed, returned, or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address.
If you notice an address mistake after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. We can usually correct it before dispatch.
Occasionally shipments are delayed by customs inspections, courier disruptions, weather, or other events outside our control. We appreciate your patience in these situations.
If your tracking has not updated for an unusually long time, please reach out through our support channel and we will follow up with the courier on your behalf.
